Geoguessr minipainting challenge

Description

I really love the web browser game "Geoguesr" ((play it here www.geoguessr.com/ )) and it's totally my favorite game to play right now. In the game, you are given five random locations on Google street view and you have to guess where in the world you are based on hints in your surroundings. There's a huge variety of places the roads go and new places are being added all the time from all across the planet. I am too broke to be a real world traveler ((yet)) but this is a fun way to explore the world in the meantime!

Anyway, as another way to challenge myself and do some landscape practice, I decided to do a round of Geoguessr where I have to paint each of the five random locations it gave me. There's a lot of things I don't practice enough on my own so having it give me a random location gives me various things to practice. I was expecting to get more buildings, cities and vehicles to practice but obviously, I didn't get much of that this round xD Nevertheless, it was fun practice! I found it very interesting that all five roads I got had very different textures from each other, which was more interesting than I had thought it would be as I never really painted roads much before. It was also a good way to practice drawing some depth :)

I recommend doing this for anyone out there wanting to practice some environments/landscapes, especially if you are a geography buff like I am. Even the "boring" ones like my second road here wasn't even that boring because I got to pay more attention to the colors of the vast fields and make it a lot less flat.

My five places:
1. Donskoye, Kaliningrad, Russia
2. near Hugo, Colorado, USA
3. near Huara, Chile
4. near Rio Brano, Acre, Brazil
5. im. Gorkogo, Vladamir Oblast, Russia

These look AMAZING!! you have a great eye and wrist for landscapes :) the capture of shapes and colors is superby.
BTW, I find it fun that the chilean one looked somewhat familiar, it had a Patagonian air and when I read at the description, well yeah :'D
