doodle dump chibis

I owe a few people chibis and I honestly haven't been drawing them much at all lately :'D and I was feeling a little out of practice, and I was in the mood for some fanart at the same time, so I took some time to refresh on chibis again so I can smash through the owed ones very soon. This practice started off rough and slow... but then I made a bunch of nice ones in a row so I think I have my chibi skills out of the rust bucket again :'D It always sucks to let skills get rusted dsgsdfjahfjasg. I'll be doing my owed chibis soon, so no worries xD;;

Noir from Tegami Bachi ((*strangles then huggles then strangles then huggles again* /shot))

And Matthew hugging Kaejung :'D because they are my favorites of my own OCs <3
